Into-bond advice slip
Based on the cargo details given in the Into-bond advice slip, the supervisor instantly decides about the type of handling required such as mechanical or manual operations.
After completion of unloading operations of each bond, the supervisor makes a few annotations in the first copy of the slip (such as manual or mechanical and the Bay where the cargo is stored) and hands it over to the warehouse office for information and records. In the second copy, the supervisor puts his remarks as manual or mechanical handling (whichever may be) operations and hands it over to the Labour Gang-Leader for computing labour payments receivable from the company.
